Shipping + Handling

Our FAQ was written for customer service needs and we guarantee that all information listed below is up to date. No refunds will be issued due to failure of reading available information regarding delivery speeds, refunds, exchanges, etc. 


Our current processing time is 1-3 business days for domestic and international orders. Orders are not shipped or processed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. If you choose priority shipping, please understand this is to speed up the time of delivery, this will not speed up processing speed. Processing times may be extended during holidays and sales. 


All orders are shipped via USPS. For standard shipping, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. For priority, 1-3 days. For international, 9-21 business days. These timeframes are provided by USPS and are out of our control. The exact time will depend on your location and USPS' current volume of packages. We are located in Georgia, United States. Georgia residents and surrounding state orders will arrive faster.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is dropped off and scanned by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Sometimes packages are marked prematurely as delivered. Allow 24-48 hours after your package is marked as delivered for actual delivery. Please contact USPS with any issues about a shipped package. We will not honor refunds due to lost or stolen packages. Please ship packages to a secure address. Insurance is available for an extra fee, please e-mail us.

We try to check our e-mails within 24-48 business hours. Sometimes, orders ship up faster than we can reply to all e-mails. For this reason, please triple check you’ve entered the correct shipping address before placing order. If the order has already shipped before we can change the shipping address, you will be responsible for costs to reshipping. If the item is never returned to us, we will not honor a refund.
