Our FAQ was written for customer service needs and we guarantee that all information listed below is up to date. No refunds will be issued due to failure of reading available information regarding delivery speeds, refunds, exchanges, etc. 

Returns + Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we were at fault (damaged item, missing item, etc) Customers must e-mail within 7 days after delivery about any issues with products. Please do not place an order if on vacation/holiday, to prevent a package being stolen or products being damaged due to environmental conditions.
