Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we were at fault (damaged item, missing item, etc) Customers must e-mail within 7 days after delivery regarding any issues with order. To prevent a package being stolen or product(s) being damaged due to environmental conditions please do not place an order if on vacation/holiday. We can hold you order at our facilities if you wish to order while away, please attach a note to your order for request to hold or shoot us an e-mail at orders@kayluxcosmetics.com
